Four speedy movers came in and packed our stuff, making sure to label each box super clearly for easy unpacking at our new place. We got settled into our new home real quick.

Their positive outlook and engaging chat brightened up an otherwise mundane day.

I measured everything as quote process was done, it ended up double what I was quoted even after I was told one of the reasons was because my 4/chair and kitchen table were oversized. It would come apart but I left it behind because it seemed a big deal to the guy packing. It didn't change the price after all! I didn't have time to start over so had to let them move me. During the loading Joe kept saying.. Can you take this, pictures and other things, he said it was just to much! Seriously I was down sizing and only taking enough to for a ONE bedroom apt. And he felt it was too much?!? I told him to leave whatever was "to much" for what his updated quote would cover and I would give the rest away. Furniture was to be delivered on Thurs and they did say it might be Friday. I received it Saturday night at 6:00. Bed and nightstand were broken. Boxes crushed other items beat up. Now none will return a call or email. Worst experience ever! It makes me sick to feel so taken advantage of!

Read More They came to pick up our items for small move from MI to FL. 6 weeks later, and now past 2 of the dates they told us our stuff would leave The warehouse and still has not left yet. They refuse to give us even an estimate of one we might get our things. We don't live full time in Florida and we've flown down twice now based On the original dates they gave us To be there to receive our belongings which have never come. The woman Ashley on the phone along with another older woman are dreadful! Profoundly rude and will not give a straight answer and have no accountability. Run, don't walk away from this terrible company!!

In my opinion, they are the best choice for any and all moving requirements.

Nightmare Experience

The company should be called Long Haul Property Destruction. Every single piece of furniture was damaged. The desk was destroyed. Almost all the packed boxes were damaged ... Read More The company should be called Long Haul Property Destruction. Every single piece of furniture was damaged. The desk was destroyed. Almost all the packed boxes were damaged and broken. Looked like there’d been used as soccer balls. Dozens of collector books were mangled. Cost us $2000 more than the contracted price since we added 2 bins, 3 boxes and a small night stand at the time of pick up. The company claimed this used almost 200 more cubic feet of space on the truck. Ha! Waste of time and money.

I got a guaranteed delivery date of over a week ago and as far as I can tell they are holding all of my stuff indefinitely in a different state. Unresponsive. I will update this review if I get my stuff safely and quickly because I understand delays but I can’t understand companies that are so transparent and care about their customers so little. For everyone looking to hire a mover, as far as I can tell get a Usual and do it yourself. If my experience changes, this review will too.
