The crew had the know-how and the tools to deal with this, most of the movers I talked to weren't sure. They had partially disassembled them, wrapped each of them and re-assembled them after they had been delivered. I'm glad that I got them hired!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

They acknowledged each pickup, maintained good stock control and pre and post communication. There were no misplaced or forgotten items. Hands down to the best service!

Extremely professional gentlemen.

When the guys began work they got an even rhythm. There was little idling around as one person would prepare a goody and the others would load it. When the guys began work they got an even rhythm. There was little idling around as one person would prepare a goody and the others would load it.

Read More I would strongly recommend avoiding Move Nation. What should have been a straightforward interstate move has turned into an incredibly stressful experience because of their poor communication, constantly changing information, and lack of accountability. I received confirmation for a September 29 pickup, only to later be told it had been moved to September 30. When I called for clarification, an employee named Max was incredibly rude and dismissive, and acted as though the scheduling issue was somehow my fault despite the confirmation I had already received. I was then given a 3–6 PM pickup window for September 30. That window came and went with no movers and no communication from the carrier. I called at 6 PM and was simply told the movers would “be in touch,” leaving me waiting yet again with no concrete information. Moving is already stressful. Having a company repeatedly change your plans, fail to communicate, miss the window they gave you, and then treat you rudely when you ask for answers makes it significantly worse. I paid $601.75 upfront, and instead of receiving reliable service, I have spent my time chasing people down just to find out whether anyone is actually coming to move my belongings. The entire experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly stressful. I would not trust Move Nation with another move and would not recommend them to anyone.
