Read More This company takes your money and then leaves you to the wolves. I was ripped off for nearly $5,000.00 by Movement Pro Van Lines and their broker partner Home safe Transit. Destroyed furniture, statues, etc. Filthy trucks. Use this organization and you will regret it forever. You can't pay by credit card, only cash or money order. If you could pay by credit card they would be out of business because every customer would be stopping payment due to their unethical, terrible business model. You've been warned, you're a bigger fool than I if you use Home safe Transit.

After cancelling services, they charged us for storage, held our deposit, demanded extra cash to release our belongings to the new movers. I HIGHLY DO NO RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Horrible experience!

Read More The crew came at 10 am; however, they were quite reckless with our belongings. To do a full pack and transport inside CO, we engaged Movement Pro Van Lines LLC. We were informed that the relocation would be paid by the hour and that we would be responsible for paying for packing supplies that couldn't be recycled, which often included bubble wrap, paper and packing tape.

Read More First, I explained that my things needed to be delivered in a van no larger than 28 feet long and was told it would need to be in a larger van due to interstate travel, and my things were transferred to another van even before leaving NJ- why wasn’t the larger van used in the first place? Then, I was told my things would not be delivered on the date that it was supposed to be. The delivery date was only off by one day but I still had sleep on the floor for one night. On the delivery day, they came two hours earlier than they told me and I wasn’t there so they had to wait for me. Once I got there then things moved real quick. My things were coming off a small U haul truck quickly, dropped off in three different rooms, some things upside down or on their side. Then all the sudden they were gone. I only realized they left when I looked out of the window and saw the truck gone. It did take a while to go through the three rooms and empty all the boxes and it was then I realized I was missing three boxes. After calling the moving company several times, I decided to file a claim and to be honest that seems like it’s more trouble than it’s worth. I realized I would not get what it would cost me to replace the missing items. I am just grateful that most of the things were not of sentimental value. I don’t understand why it seemed impossible for the movers to get in contact with the delivery men, and why such a little truck was used for that delivery- it’s my feeling that there probably wasn’t enough room on the truck for those three boxes I didn’t get. All I can say is be careful when moving, think about getting your own insurance, document every little thing, and of course read those reviews. I am considering all of this as a lesson learned.
