... Read More I was moving cross-country and I was very worried after reading so many moving bad reviews online. I did my homework and kept reading reviews until I found Moving Apt. I’m so glad I hired them. Their representative was great at explaining the process, never left a question unanswered and always got back to me very quickly. On the moving day, the team that showed up was efficient, polite and helpful. I asked for a full service move and they had my entire apartment wrapped up, packed and ready to go in time. I have no complaints.

Read More On the day of the move the crew from Moving Apt showed up on time and was extremely helpful and friendly. We had done our part but as an inexperienced customer, I was concerned if I had done the packing wrong. As it turned out, not everything was properly packed. The men simply repacked all the dodgy boxes and left in a very short time. They delivered later that day and it turned out to be the quickest move I could have ever imagined.

Read More This team is simply awesome! We recently moved from KY to ID, and James and his crew epitomized professionalism, punctuality, and hard work. They treated our furniture carefully and stopped once the job was done. They expertly taped up, covered, and wrapped everything we hadn't prepared. It was truly an excellent job. Thanks, everyone!

Read More If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My family has been severely impacted by this company's poor customer service and borderline fraudulent practices. We were quoted one amount, used significantly less than that amount, but still charged the same. That's only the beginning of how poorly this company has treated our family. Between giving us several different days and times that packers would arrive to only have them not show up.. to now not giving us any date/time for our things to be delivered. They're literally holding our possessions hostage and won't disclose where they're being stored. As a military family already being uprooted, we are struggling so much with these poor business practices. Please avoid this company at all costs but even more so if you're a fellow mil-family.

Read More Had an Estimate of $5500 to move from Seattle to Miami with a timeframe for pickup of 3 days. They call you everyday and were very helpfull.. untill you sign. No contact possible anymore. On the second day of the timeframe I finely had contact with customer services and they told me no carrier could pickup our furniture. No other solutions offered. I had to rent my appartment an extra day before I had found (of course another) mover. I will never use this company again and will warn anyone who would listen to find another service provider.

This company is terrible. They also hide the fact that additional fees will occur if you choose to have the movers pack your stuff this is often very expensive. For insta ... Read More This company is terrible. They also hide the fact that additional fees will occur if you choose to have the movers pack your stuff this is often very expensive. For instance $100 just to pack a TV. The movers will also charge a stair fee of $75 for 7 steps. Whatever quote they give you assume it is inaccurate. Then the movers show up you are left at the mercy of the mover. You can either pay the extra or send them away and be forced to figure out another moving situation. They also nickel and dime you. If you want an exact pickup time they charge an additional $500. If you choose the 3 day option you may get a phone call like I did that said we will pick you up in an hour. Which I wasn't available for so I had to turn them down and they arranged a different time. This company is also a middle man. When things go wrong they are of little help as they need to actually speak with the company that's doing the pickup/delivery. If you call to ask for an update they have to call the driver and they may or may not get back to you. They are not great at communicating also. After about 2 weeks of waiting for my stuff I got an update from the driver not them. Telling me they would be there tomorrow. They then did tell me there was an issue with the truck but no one updated me when the truck was fixed. I had to call them back to get an update. They said they would call me back. They didn't. I called again and spoke with a rude and condescending ""manager,"" who didn't even listen to my situation before giving the generic answer, ""every customer gets 2 updates."" When they did get in touch with the driver they gave me a 3 day window of when they would arrive. I then received a phone call 2 days later from the company saying my stuff will be there in an hour. This phone call came at 630am. Also, because they are a middle man they take no accountability for the actions of the movers they hire. For instance when the movers damaged my door they sent me the contact info for the moving company. Also the movers they hire are rude. The movers blamed me for the damage to the door, ""well you wanted the furniture in that room."" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
