My belongings arrived in Fort Worth after 3 days in good condition. Most things were great, but one box of books came out of the truck with water damage — looks like it was stored near the truck door during rain. Nothing irreplaceable was lost, but unpacking wet books after a long-distance move was a frustrating discovery. Overall I'd still recommend Moving Hub for long-distance moves.

The crew arrived about 55 minutes past the scheduled pickup time and didn't call ahead. I had to reach out myself to find out they were running behind. Everything was professionally handled after they arrived, but communication on timing needs improvement. Would use them again despite that issue.
