National Pro Moving sent me a text message the night before and another one an hour before arrival, so I was not standing outside like an idiot waiting around. William introduced himself right away and asked to see everything that needed to go. He pointed at a few boxes and said those should go on top, so they do not get crushed, and I appreciated that because I did not think about that myself. The whole thing took three hours, and my new neighbors asked for their number.

They worked fast to get the stuff into the elevator and up to the 12th floor. No walls were hit in the hallway, and the elevator floor stayed clean. They stayed focused on the clock and got the truck empty just in time.

Read More My move was a small one with just a bedroom and a desk and some boxes so I worried that a moving company would not take me seriously or would send their laziest crew. That was not the case with National Pro Moving at all. They treated my tiny move exactly the same as if I was moving a whole four bedroom house. The two guys who came were friendly and fast, and they even asked me where I wanted each piece of furniture placed instead of just dropping everything in the middle of the room. Small moves deserve good service too, and I got it here.

Michael walked me through the whole process over the phone, and he was very honest about the timeline, which was about seven to ten days for delivery. My stuff arrived on day eight, and everything was still wrapped exactly as I had packed it. The driver called me two hours before he arrived, so I had time to get to the new house and be ready. I was expecting some kind of problem because long distance moves seem complicated but there were no problems at all.
