Read More This is a broker. They give you a price and then they broker the job out. Despite sending photos of every item to be moved, put in writing in emails about steps in the apartment, the "relocation specialist" completely ignored all of the mistakes she made in the bid costing me $1000 more than quoted--at which point I had no options as the movers were already there and at no point did she own up to everything in writing. Got multiple calls from random people involved in the process, multiple people asking for more money despite having paid in full. No one would connect me with customer service. The absolute worst experience. Would never recommend them.

Terrible company

I DO NOT recommend this company. They’re a moving broker, which they did not inform me. They contracted one company to pick up my items. And another company to deliver ... Read More I DO NOT recommend this company. They’re a moving broker, which they did not inform me. They contracted one company to pick up my items. And another company to deliver my items to the new state. I was informed of the cost upfront. However, once the moving company came to pick up my items, that company explained all additional cost I would be responsible for. Charges for moving my items from my home to the parking lot, cost for packaging, which I was told was already included. And also additional cost for the size of some of my boxes. During the original inventory count, the company took a detailed list of my items. The next day I added a few extra boxes, which they advised of the cost. I paid the amount indicated at that time on the phone with the Rep by credit card. And later I found out they double charged me for those same items adding it to my remaining balance due upon delivery. When my items arrived at the final destination. I received a call asking if a semi truck could access my home. I inquired why, if my items were picked up on a box truck. I was told my items had been transported to a semi after pick up. And I would be responsible for the additional cost to remove my items and place them on another truck to gain access to my apartment. In the end I paid $1050 over the original agreed upon amount. The explanation given was things could change during the process. The General Manager (Brian) and Customer Service Manager (Lily) stated they would discuss this with my Rep (Antone.) However, they could not refund any additional charges. This company and all parties were terrible. This was simply a money grab to charge more along the way. All cost should be communicated upfront and not during the move or at the end. The final straw was my decorative standing mirror that I was charged extra to pack, was broken during that move.

Read More These guys helped me when I was in a jam. The guy in the customer service that I spoke to is friendly and responsive. I called him on a Saturday, and he had 2 guys ready to go on Sunday. Native van lines is strong, thoughtful, and friendly. They successfully moved multiple heavy, solid wood pieces of furniture into a house with narrow doors and hallways. No scratches or damage! They are easy to work with, and their rates are reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody needing help with a move.

Read More After dad passed away, I decided to move my mum to my house. She, however, would not let go of her valuable furniture. Most of them were from the 70’s and weighed too much. I contacted many movers but most of them quoted ridiculously. Then I came across Native van lines who listened to me very attentively and quoted a price that seemed very reasonable. The movers did an excellent job transporting all those heavy and old pieces without causing them any harm. Both my mum and I are very thankful to this amazing moving company.

Read More My main concern for this move was the distance. Thank God for Native van lines being such a capable moving company that took very good care of my belongings. This move meant a new life and I wasn’t going to leave my old life behind. All my belongings were neatly packed by the strong and efficient movers sent from the company. They were properly equipped and knew their job very well. All my belongings arrived right on time and everything was in good condition. The storage facilities haven’t done any damage to them. I am very pleased to be able to write this recommendation for them and I hope to hire them again, if needed in the future.

Read More Moving business is very competitive. Most moving companies are really improving their games in order to keep up. I recently hired Native van lines to handle my relocation and I was absolutely surprised seeing how efficient and professional these guys are! From their timing to their skills, everything was top notch. It took the movers such a small time to finish loading everything from my house. Not even a glass was broken! The fierce competition also meant a low quote for me. I don’t know whether it was the competition or years of experience that made this company so efficient. Either way, they were a treat to me.

After searching the internet, I picked Native van lines because their website had a lot of information without clicking a million times to find what I was looking for. They did not disappoint me! The movers were professional and very fast without a lot of hidden fees. I recommend them and will definitely use them again! Thanks a lot guys!

Read More I was not going to hire any other company but Native van lines. The reason is simply their reliability and reputation in the market. The movers arrived sharp on time on the moving day. Seeing how punctual and efficient these men were, it only strengthened my trust in them. They packed up everything creatively and each box was labeled properly to avoid confusion later. Even when they delivered everything to my new place, they systematically put all the boxes in the right rooms. As I checked the inventory, I realized that nothing was missing or damaged. These movers are the biggest assets of this company and they’re definitely worth hiring.

I especially appreciated it when they were explaining the things to be aware of when considering a moving company. Read More I didn’t ask for much. I asked Native Van Lines to show up on time and take care of my valuables. They did just that! The movers arrived on time. I admit that I have an issue with people who are not punctual. Luckily, it didn’t apply to these guys. All the packing and loading was done fast. The movers were very delicate while packing my breakables. They moved the furniture out in a very systematic manner. I was quite impressed seeing how sincere and organized they were. When they delivered everything, I took an inventory and all my belongings were safely delivered. So clearly, the movers took amazing care of my things.
