I would definitely recommend New Start Relocation if it's your first time moving, or just moving in general.

Read More I have moved once a year or so since coming to FL and New Start Relocation have helped me with 3 consecutive moves. my latest move was during a rare rainstorm and everything still went incredibly well. Madison and Oscar were friendly, fast and reliable, and things were super smooth despite the rain. Highest recommendation, this is a top quality outfit.

From the beginning, I saw mixed reviews and should have moved on. I was given a quote for aprox $1900 and accepted. My company was paying for the move and agreed to this ... Read More From the beginning, I saw mixed reviews and should have moved on. I was given a quote for aprox $1900 and accepted. My company was paying for the move and agreed to this amount. I thought it was odd to take a high deposit of $1395. Then just a week before my move Jacob Garcia emailed me the wrong quote of $2700. I told him this was not my original quote and he disagreed so i sent him a copy of what I signed and i was right. He then started cussing and said M**F* I sent you the wrong one G** D*!!! I ended up having to cancel 1 week before my move and only got a partia a partial refund, they kept $400 as a late fee!!! I am now disputing this with my bank and having to quickly find an alternate moving company. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!! VERY SHADY!!

New Start Relocation made my move really easy! I needed to move into a new apartment within a week and it was easy to find a date and get a quote online, then a quick cal ... Read More New Start Relocation made my move really easy! I needed to move into a new apartment within a week and it was easy to find a date and get a quote online, then a quick call to confirm. I had a team of 2 movers get my stuff out of some pods and move it into a 1 bedroom, and they were both great. Excellent communication the day of the move and both guys worked very efficiently; the whole move was done in about 3 hours, including the time driving to my apartment from the pod facility.

It was much lower than what now they're asking me to pay I did go ahead and pay $700 upfront which I'm not even sure that I'm going to get back but I'm going to fight them to get it back. Don't go with them. They're scam artist they know exactly what to say to you to make you feel like it's your fault of what bannened but it is NOT It's their scam This company should not be in business Please don't do with them I'm a single Mom with the critically ill kid and of what happened, but it is NOT.
