They disassembled cubicles, carefully packed computers, and labeled all electronics with employee names. Seeing them work, you’d think they did office moves every day. Thankfully, this company offered short-term storage solutions. They packed everything securely into crates and kept them in a climate-controlled facility. Once our new place was ready, they delivered the crates and helped unload. None of the items suffered any damage or mold issues. It was great to have that flexibility when our housing plans shifted unexpectedly.

They didn’t charge a fortune for the storage, and they kept me updated on the whereabouts of my belongings. The following day, they arrived on time, unloaded, and helped place furniture. Their flexibility turned a potential disaster into a minor inconvenience. I’m definitely grateful for their willingness to pivot.

They worked rapidly, which I appreciated, yet they took their time.

I was looking for a moving company. While looking I first found coast to coast moving company and called I was given an estimate so I thought to call a couple more places ... While looking I first found coast to coast moving company and called I was given an estimate so I thought to call a couple more places to see if it was similar. I found a company called 2 movers so I proceeded to call and was sent over to a guy named Greg and he proceeded to tell me coast to coast was a broker company and would give me an estimate and then hold my stuff hostage and then demand more money. He said that there company was a Veteran owned and the price they would give me was what it was going to be. He also kept saying one moment and that his dispatcher was contacting him and telling him to not let me go that they had a load coming from Forsyth to Flagstaff and that instead of it going back empty he would give me an amazing deal. At first he quoted me 7900 and then because of the truck situation he said 4900.00 then 3700.00 and I told him let me talk to my husband but I was unable to get a hold of him I was in a panic which I think they do this by saying I had an hour. I ended up agreeing and signing the contract he went over it verbally and I was still in panic anxiety that I didn't understand what it was fully stating. Then I set the payment up he would only let me do my account information. I signed and a couple hours after I was stressed out and sick about the whole situation. I started to look up information and finally found real reviews about them scamming people and keeping there stuff and just as they deny doing what overcharge people and give them a fake estimate. So that next morning not even 24hrs later I called to cancel and that was a fight I was told over and over that only Greg could do it because it was less then 24 hours. When I was able to finally understand the contract I found that the amount I paid was non-refundable because Greg would not let me use my card in that it was not an option and had me do my bank account information he also did not disclose that it was a non-refundable deposit. While calling I spoke to two supervisors and they stated that they were also a veteran-owned company. They tried to deny any wron doings but they said they had no authority or anything over Greg because he was part of the sales part and only the floor manager could handle that. I told him that their company was very deceptive and that was not veteran mentality. While also looking at the receipts I found out that the company was not in fact two movers but noble moving and storage inc.
