Our move coordinator Ian did a good job of keeping us informed. Our representative, Marion ** was available by phone whenever I had a question.

This was my 7th move and by far the easiest and best!

Terrified we will never get our stuff and law enforcement will have to get involved.

The driver was punctual and professional, ensuring our belongings arrived on time and in perfect condition. Living room table broken in pieces, top of wall unit broken and chipped, 4 curio shelves lost, Rooms to go Recliner motor broken, 5 Lladro figurines lost, Lenox pieces missing, Heirloom Family recipe binder missed no (movers packed entire kitchen, bathroom tall cabinet loaded onto truck never made it to our house.) At all points our items were treated with zer respect. Items of great value - artwork shove into garage; awful!!!
