In addition, particular attention was given to my delicate stuff from the kitchen, as well as several packages full of decor. The movers came on time, looked through all the inventory, and then started the loading process. All the pieces of furniture were protected by the special blankets; all the small things were put into the boxes correctly.

It has been a mountain of lies since day one and when I tried to back out of the deal, they made it impossible for me to do that. It has been 34 days since pick up and I still do not have my belongings. They say my items are in a warehouse in Chicago and they have no estimated time frame of when they can get my belongings to me. I am sick with disgust with this company. The sales rep Michael doesn't answer any calls after I paid him the deposit. I am reporting them to the BBB and have hired an attorney to seek legal action against this company. What an absolute nightmare and scam of a business....
