Read More 0 out of 5 stars!!! Rep promised the world and everything was a TOTAL lie!!!! They guaranteed the items to be there on a Monday. When I had not heard anything and had to call them for an update, I found out our items were still in the state of origin!!!! I ended up working directly with the carrier!!!! They were TRULY AWFUL to deal with!!!!

Read More Total Scam - first you speak with a rep and I was very specific of my items and size and then after I agreed with a price. You pay 1/2 and then a bill of lading comes with cubic feet costs and additional cost that May arise. I questioned our rep regarding this and she stated as long as i was truthful with my sizes then I wouldn't have extra costs. Be prepared the driver - they will tell you your space is not even close to the space I needed with the specific list of items, but they will give you a break on shipping supplies but everything- I mean everything was covered and wrapped as they told us too. The driver is 2 1/2 hours past their window, come in at 700pm to load. Then they proceed to tell you they need to wrap with their blankets but will be using shrink wrap and tape to hold their blankets that you will need to pay. It will cost at least the best price he said 1500.00 more. For the space needed but yet the rep said as long as you stick to the list of items listed on the bill of lading and sizes are true the quote we gave you is the total and final. I refused as I specifically had a conversation with the agent the day prior and she guaranteed me that wouldn't be my case. little does she know she was on speaker and I have witnesses and now seeking a lawyer to get my deposit back!!! Horrible company!!!!!!!

Read More "Horrible experience. Please do not do anything with them. they are trained on how to take money from you and then provide less-than-zero service. I can have here a long list of lies they told me - from giving a false quote, from not appearing on the date we said, from not returning my money after complaining. Jenn and Britany are just bad bad bad people. After you sign the contract with the agent (in my case Jenn) and sent the depots- he/she will not reply to you anymore, only you can talk from that moment with Britany. I just don't understand how the US government lets such companies exist. Super sad!

Coming from a perfectionist like myself, that really says something. If you want the best, you need to call Keith and his team of superheroes.

They’ll take your money and then they strategically create a system where once you book your move you can’t even view your order. They took a Tv off my order and Brittney has some pompous attitude. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Sales is very helpful because they want money of course. My mom is an attorney so I’ll be handling it that route also wanted to just give a warning. Don’t do it.

Read More I have never experienced such a feeling of being scammed in my entire life. After having a conversation on the phone, the representative from Oakdale supposedly took notes on all the items present in my storage unit. However, when it came time to move, I was informed that my storage unit contained more items than were documented, and they claimed that they were not supposed to itemize my belongings but charge me based on the storage unit's size instead. They even showed me a document supposedly provided by Oakdale. To make matters worse, they neglected to list my couch, which resulted in me having to pay an additional $700 beyond what I had originally agreed upon. I strongly advise against using this broker as they lack sincerity and refuse to take responsibility for their errors. I will never engage their services again.
