Read More This is hands down the best moving company I’ve worked with! The team was incredibly professional and took great care with all my items. They were efficient, friendly, and worked quickly to get everything packed and moved. I had a lot of fragile items, and they made sure to wrap them properly to avoid any damage. Everything arrived at my new place in perfect condition.

I had a terrible and awful experience with Om Van Lines. I worked George Patterson who did not provide me the correct estimated quote and I only ended up paying $1000 mor ... Read More I had a terrible and awful experience with Om Van Lines. I worked George Patterson who did not provide me the correct estimated quote and I only ended up paying $1000 more towards the end of the move. They also damaged my stuff during the move and missed 2 of my suitcases. They delivered someone else's u-haul box at my place. I would not recommend this company to anyone else because they are greedy and their customer service agent, Michelle, is not helpful at all. Being in US for last 6 years, I never had such a bad customer experience. Despite contacting them for months, they never helped me out with the wrong charges at the point of loading. The loading guys show up and jack up the pricing saying the stuff would take more space. I read it in one of the reviews but ignored it and it ended up happening to me. Long story short, DO NOT hire them for moving.

Read More om did good work, do not reserve with a broker we were happy with the move, but our price changed a little bit. we reserved with another company, SS Van Lines, find out the day before the move that they were not movers, but brokers and had sold our move to OM Van Lines to move us. It was a bit a frustrating, as we had asked this other company SS, a few times if they were brokers or subcontractors and they told us no, so we are not happy or pleased with the other company. I will say OM did a good job though. the broker SS Van Lines had left off many items that we repeatedly told them. The crew and ladies in the office were very nice and explained everything to us, and they gave us a discount and some free packing do the price was not far off, but we were disappointed with our move experience, we would have preferred to reserve with om directly, we are happy with their service but I would recommend they do not do the jobs for this broker because this broker lies and made things stressful. I would hire OM directly though, they were a good company and it was a nice service they gave us and really helped out with the cost.

Read More I recommend this company, om van lines. They did a really nice job moving our apartment for our daughter. They give great veteran, police officer discounts and the service was very good. Easy to get a hold of and talk to, take their time with you and I felt their paperwork and process was not complicated, very simple, clear. compared to some other companies they did not seem to have tons of extra fees, our price went up $82 and we were really happy with that. we did not have the tvs packed, they did not want to put the tvs not packed on the truck, so we paid them the 82$ to pack our tvs and I'm glad we did. they brough it to us quickly and it went well. I'd use them again.

Read More Just want to say thank you thank you thank you! Charlie, Vargas, Michelle & Mo's team, you are super appreciated. Had an emergency situation and you really saved me I video chatted, had my proposal and was moved the next day we really appreciate you getting us in so last minute and the great service. Our price changed a little since we decided to bring our patio set, we totally forgot about it and were not sure we were going to take it. Mo told us the price for it and it was still very fair. just got my stuff yesterday and the team even remembered me! we thought it was going to take longer form all the hurricane damage going to FL, but they were quicker than they even said they'd be they put blankets on all our stuff and did not even charge us for this, thank you girls for always answering my 1 million phone calls! they moved my brother last year and i decided to call as we had an emergency, they were so great. They will be moving my daughter to college before the holidays and know it will be a breeze too. thank you vargas, charlie and michelle for everything, top notch customer service here, 10 times better experience than when we moved years ago with united and 10 times better cost for the service.

Read More great service, super easy to speak to and got my quote fast and simple process great crew staff and team leaders super nice and always answer, very fair price and excellent job, better than when I moved with united van lines and paid double with united, I recommend. they were the only real moving carrier company I spoke to, everyone else was just a moving agency not the real movers, grateful for OM, thanks guys

Terrible terrible terrible people!! I don’t even know how they’re still in business. They lie about their quotes just to lock you in, then once you’re up the creek ... Read More Terrible terrible terrible people!! I don’t even know how they’re still in business. They lie about their quotes just to lock you in, then once you’re up the creek without a paddle completely INFLATE costs. They don’t have their own moving company, a broker at best, they subcontract random people to do these moves while charging premium fees. Laughable. Oh and they’ll be sure to rampage through you stuff to find anything valuable and if they do, well don’t expect to see it ever again.

I had no idea at first i hired a subcontract company, they charged me a $860 deposit and then some other company called me to tell me that my move was sold to them and when I looked that 2nd company up, they had been opend for a month and were so unprofessinal on the phone. I immediately canceld with the subcontractor company and found OM online. They were so nice and friendly and were able to pick up my furniture the following day at hald the cost fo the subcontractor company. They took my entire storage unit, decent pricing and did not change the cost ever. very please and great service. I would absolutely reccomend them.

Read More When I spoke to Gary from OM Moving, he told me that OM moving was not one of those companies that waits until they load and then holds your possessions hostage as the rate skyrockets. That was false, that is exactly what happened today. I was on the phone when your crew arrived, they went through what we were booked for, how they do the BOL, took our information and my wife paid them the agreed amount. AFTER they had the van loaded, they changed the price and demanded $853 for the $1703 increase in price. Our “Binding moving estimate”, quoted us 1000 cf. After they finished loading the foreman said we occupied 1450 cf. The driver yelled at my wife and asked if we wanted to have them remove the 450 extra cf of our belongings. I was on the phone with her hearing his man yell at her. I could hear my wife crying in tears as the foreman continually spoke over her and berated her for not understanding the increase in price. My wife lost a day of pay on the moving day. We had scheduled the move for Sunday the 9th, her day off. I did OM Moving a favor and agreed to move it to the 11th. Her daily income is between 400-550 a day. So after giving up her money for the day we have to deal with this fiasco.
