Read More Using PODS is the way to go. All of our belongings were in tact. There was no worrying if things were broken or missing. Less stress with moving. Helpful, friendly customer service. The driver who dropped our POD off, with our belongings was T. He made sure we were able to open our door and even helped my husband take some things out when the roll top door was stuck on something. I would recommend and use PODS again

Read More I want to say I posted a bad review for customer service in the Philippines. I want to say I think pods in clearwater, Florida deserves a five star. I would use them again. I made a mistake and called the customer service at pod's.I should have called John at the local number for my questions.
