Sadly, we did not do this and believed the lady we spoke to coordinating our move.

Read More I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! My moms stuff was suppose to come within 4-5 days but instead took a month. Customer service was rude and kept changing the day it was suppose to come. They even said they couldn’t track the truck anymore. She payed twice as much, it was supposed to be $1,800 but instead she ended up paying around $3,000. When the the guys finally came, they were rude and said they would not give her, her stuff unless she paid them $100 right then. Then to top it off, her furniture came damage. She did a claim and they said they would pay her 0.60 cents per pound for the damage furniture. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Read More Please DO NOT book them. They cheat you, they will loot you and also will break your furniture and also will do damages to your home. Please beware . Do not book them. Save your hard earned money and time and your stuff. We faced all kinds of issues. They give u a quote and later on the day of pick up after taking your stuff they charge you way higher than original estimate. They broke my furniture. Rough handling of my boxes. They didn’t care even if the boxes had fragile and heavy labels on it. They randomly dumped the boxes. They dumped everything in my garage They were even hesitant to put my furniture in rooms In-spite of contract mentions about furniture hook up. They double charged for stairs. They behaved very rudely using harsh language. They did damage to my home and broke my stairs and many more damages . My furniture was not even wrapped with blankets. I have many dents and scratches on my fridge and furniture Sales person picks your call until you book them. Customer service don’t pick up the call after pick up is done. Now you are left just praying that the company picks the call and does the delivery . You have to be really lucky. But if you booked them then you are already un lucky. I am filing a legal complaint on the company . Please do not get in trap with this company. They are cheaters - do not book them.
