Read More My experience with Pricing Van Lines was deeply disappointing. I hired them based on an estimate of approximately $7,682 provided by Kimberly Smith after a detailed inventory review. By the time my move from Massachusetts to Florida was completed, I had paid approximately $16,876—more than double the original quote. The issue isn't simply that the price increased. Pricing Van Lines controlled the estimating process that I relied on, yet when the estimate proved wildly inaccurate, responsibility was shifted elsewhere. After Kimberly secured my business, I found myself dealing with a succession of different people and even different companies handling quality assurance, pricing, scheduling, and customer service. I was never quite sure who actually worked for Pricing Van Lines, who worked for another company, or who was ultimately accountable. The experience left me feeling that the structure itself was designed to diffuse responsibility. Their BBB responses have only reinforced my concerns. Rather than addressing why their original estimate was so far off, they focus on technicalities such as whether additional charges appeared as a second order or a revision, and whether certain individuals technically worked for Pricing Van Lines or affiliated companies. As a customer, those distinctions are meaningless. I dealt with one sales process, one move, and one final bill that was approximately 120% higher than the quote used to secure my business. If you're considering Pricing Van Lines, my advice is simple: be extremely skeptical of the initial estimate and ask detailed questions about who is actually performing your move, how costs are calculated, and who is accountable if the estimate turns out to be dramatically wrong.

Read More TL;DR: Get PODs, because at least you know nothing is being stolen, and driven by professionals. They're just a broker, but put us with other 1 star movers. Paid with a credit card which made us thought we were in the clear: WRONG. US Safe Movers (Las Vegas) showed up, and couldn't take any other payment than cash, money order, or Zelle - all of which can't be reversed, Huuuuge red flag. Despite over estimating our load, of course, the price went up, and that is AFTER we sold our Fridge, Washer, Dryer, and filled our spare vehicle to the ceiling. When the movers arrive on site, they rush you with paperwork for signatures and take the payment before they unload a thing, a key to the scam as you sign away your rights and claim everything's there. Over a quarter of our dishes and plates were broken/chipped/cracked, we're missing a nice pot and pan set purchased for a Christmas present, the legs to most of the TV stands were broken, two LCD screens are partially damaged with the gel leaking through, and a $400 dabber/vaporizer too. Easily $1000+ in damages, but as their insurance is just $0.60/pound, it's not even worth mentioning. as a 30 pound TV gets you what, $18? If you can't do PODs, go with the big name professional companies who charge more, and have somebody show up beforehand to count and estimate, Unless you've got really cheap stuff or aren't going far, you'd be better to look elsewhere,

Read More My job requires me to relocate every few years from one city to another on the East Coast. I have had my fair share of nightmares when it comes to the moving companies. None of them ever deliver what they promise you. The only time none of these happened was when I hired Pricing Van lines to handle my move. They promised me apt and skilled men and that’s exactly what they sent. The crew was very experienced and knew exactly how to do their job. There were no changes in their quotes once they actually saw our stuff, which happens more than you know. When they delivered everything, I checked the inventory list and none of my boxes went missing. In fact, all my valuables were in the exact condition they were taken out of my house. It really was the easiest and happiest move of my life.

Read More My friends told me how good Pricing van lines was. It had to be that way because these guys have decades of experience under their belts. They have a great reputation and have been in the business for a long time. It turned out to be a great decision hiring them to handle my move. They worked with absolute precision. The movers were very well aware of any kind of problem that could arise and they came prepared. They made sure all my belongings arrived at my new house completely unharmed. This level of sincerity only comes from experience!

Read More I am so glad to be back to my hometown after living away for about 7 years. I hired Pricing Van Lines to wrap up 7 years of my life’s hoardings and transport them home. They did an excellent job. Their packing and loading were immaculate and I have to admit these men are very well trained. They were superbly professional and efficient. All my stuff arrived on time and in perfect condition. I keep hearing about the awful experiences people have had with moving companies. But I have absolutely nothing to complain about Pricing Van Lines.

Read More I checked with 4 other companies before hiring Pricing van lines. All of them quoted pretty much the same number really. So, I just went for these guys. I have absolutely no issues with the movers. They were punctual, efficient and reliable. My valuables were in safe hands. They delivered all my belongings in great condition. I’m not totally sold on the price but then again hiring moving companies is never cheap!

Read More If Pricing Van Lines wasn’t a reliable company, I wouldn’t keep hiring them for three straight moves. These guys have outperformed themselves each time they helped me move. It does help even further when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. To be honest, I was never convinced to write a good review about a moving company, but this amazing company gets all my love from the bottom of my heart.

Read More The whole team of Pricing van lines was kind, efficient, organized and took great care of my belongings. And all for a surprisingly affordable price that they gave me. I had a delayed closing and they were extremely flexible in both getting me out of my apartment and back into my new house working around my schedule. I couldn't have asked for more from them. They simply saved me from a huge disaster.

Read More They quoted quite low so naturally it seemed a little fishy to me. I was quite crunched for cash and a move seemed astronomically expensive, so I hired them anyway. They sent a crew right on time which was the first thing that impressed me. The men were all very apt and experienced. They brought along a lot of packing materials and started packing everything. I was very impressed seeing how creatively they packed everything. All my things were then carried down 3 flights of stairs onto the vans manually by these men. I cannot help but to have respect for such hardworking people. If everyone worked as efficiently as them in America, there would be nothing to worry about. I give this company a 5-star rating.

Read More I hired Pricing van lines last month and my experience with them is great. They arrived right on time which was impressive for movers anyway. The men were very experienced and showed great efficiency in packing and loading all my Stuff. I have a lot of breakables and the crew took special care in packing those. The same level of efficiency was displayed when they made the delivery. None of my belongings suffered the slightest of damages. It is so hard to find moving companies which do the job perfectly. But this company outperformed all my expectations and I am very grateful for it.
