They packed everything, disassembled the furniture, loaded, drove, delivered, unloaded, reassembled the beds and the dining table, and even took the boxes away at the end. I basically pointed at rooms and it happened. The lead kept me updated by text since I was in and out of meetings. Arrival window was accurate on both ends. For a busy professional who just needs it done, this is the service to pay for.

It would've taken me a week and it would've been worse. Everything was labeled by room and nothing broke on the way to Kansas City. The packing crew clearly does this all day, every day. Money well spent.

They'd clearly done building moves before — booked the elevator time, laid floor protection in the lobby, and worked efficiently within the window we had. It ran a bit long because another resident had the elevator tied up for a stretch, but that wasn't on them and they stayed calm about it. Furniture arrived in Atlanta in good shape. Reasonable for the distance.

Crew was professional, disassembled the beds and the big sectional, wrapped everything, and reassembled at the new place. Final price matched the estimate almost to the dollar. Honest operation.

They wrapped each glass piece individually and packed them tight so nothing shifted. The glass dining table got blanketed and boxed on its edge the way it's supposed to be. Everything arrived in Richmond intact, every single piece. If you're moving anything breakable out of state, these are the people I'd trust with it.

The crew used packing paper, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes for dishes, glassware, and decorations. The movers wrapped the furniture and loaded everything carefully. Our dining table, bedroom set, couch, and TV all arrived safely. The labels made unpacking much easier. The move still took a lot of energy, but the packing help removed the worst part for us.
