Our old building had tight stairs, a narrow hallway, and basically no convenient parking. What I liked most was that they didn't slam things into walls just because space was tight. Both apartments came through without noticeable damage to the door frames, and our furniture arrived safely

Read More Everything had been labeled in advance, but they still confirmed which furniture belonged in each office at the new location. Desks were taken apart where necessary and reassembled on arrival. The conference table was probably the most difficult piece because of its size and weight. They wrapped the top and moved the base separately. By the end of the evening, the major furniture was in place and our staff only had to reconnect equipment the next morning

The movers checked the inventory with us and pointed out the extra items before loading. I appreciated knowing about it rather than being surprised later. They wrapped all the major furniture, including our bedroom sets, dining table, sectional, and two TVs. The garage items were awkward because we had tools, shelving, bikes, and outdoor equipment, but they organized everything pretty well.

Read More For a long-distance move, the part that made me the most nervous was not knowing where our things would be or when they would arrive. I asked a lot of questions before booking. The communication was good before pickup and continued during the move. We received information about the arrival window and were able to plan around delivery rather than sitting at the new house guessing all day. Our apartment had a lot of books and several pieces of heavy furniture, including a solid dresser and a large bed frame. Everything was wrapped before going onto the truck

The movers had everything out much faster than I would have. They wrapped the furniture and carried the TV separately instead of tossing it between boxes.

Those were the items I was most concerned about. The movers disassembled what needed to come apart, wrapped everything, and used dollies wherever possible. Watching them get the dresser through the bedroom doorway without hitting either side was impressive.
