Read More Moved on April 6 and left a raving BBB review. Everything went great. Upon inspecting all the delivered items, we discovered that an expensive coffee table was missing. After a few weeks, the coffee table was located in a warehouse in LA. After several more weeks, I was told the table would be delivered in the next few days. After another couple of weeks, I was told the truck carrying my table was in an accident. I have left daily messages with PVL trying to understand the situation. Is my coffee table undamaged and deliverable? No response, even after receiving a text that I would be called the following day. It's been two months since the initial move and I just want to know if they can deliver my table or should it be replaced? Any return call or message would have been appreciated. No response means they really don't care. AVOID USING PVL.
