This company destroyed a bunch of our belongings, lied to us about the truck being used, held our belongings ransom until we paid an additional $1,700 shuttle fee and whe ... Read More This company destroyed a bunch of our belongings, lied to us about the truck being used, held our belongings ransom until we paid an additional $1,700 shuttle fee and when I filed a claim through their terrible claims portal after approximately $1,700 worth of damage, they sent us an offer of $75. What this company did to us is criminal and I have no idea how they are still in business. I will continue leaving reviews about this company and if I can even save one family from using them, I will be happy. Our move was cross country which is hard enough but this company made it absolutely miserable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
