The move eventually finished, but it caused unnecessary stress. Better communication would have made a big difference.

These guys were really impressive at moving the piano through the narrow spaces. They are definitely competent and give the items due care. Great service all around.

Read More We have experienced the smoothest and most relaxed moving experience ever by moving to Summerville. From the outset the staff were polite, knowledgable and attentive in all aspects of the work. Before starting, they covered the floors, walls, stair rails and doorways. Furniture and breakables were moved carefully, safely and precisely as requested. The crew was very helpful and made it easy to communicate with them all day. After setting up, they would sweep and clear the work areas and take away the packing materials. The way they were committed and provided service was really very wonderful and made the entire move so easy.

They were clearly experienced in this, and it was carried out wonderfully.

They evaluated the entrances, sized up the space available and examined the set-up of each turn before moving anything. The crew employed the correct methods and procedures in the safe relocation of furniture. Floors, walls and corners were all covered during the process. When we moved in to the new home, they were moved in carefully and arranged as we requested. No scratches, chips or damage were found. They were clearly experienced in this, and it was carried out wonderfully.

They worked at a steady pace and finished within a few hours.

The crew was very methodical and prepared the hardware, marked the sections and performed disassembly. At the new house, they reconstructed the bed layer by layer and verified each part of the bed to make sure it was aligned correctly. They were conscientious and took their time until the frame was in place. They tested the structure and ensured that everything appeared correct before completing the structure. They worked hard and had a good problem-solving ability. Very impressed with the attention they paid to the entire process.
