Read More Due to an error, Sharp Van Lines will not return the pickup time to the original time. They then came and removed my belongings three days beyond the planned pickup date. I spent more than three hours speaking with a customer support representative, who promised to cover my overtime. When I called them again a few days later, the agent "filed a claim" but advised me to use an air mattress until my furniture arrived. I still haven't heard anything regarding my claim, and Mcompany has already charged me an additional $600. I still haven't received what I purchased. 0/10

Read More The insurance company is refusing to pay me since they destroyed my belongings. They require a receipt as confirmation of each purchase. Are there any receipts available for the glassware, dishes, and furniture? I seriously doubt it. A large cut glass lamp that had been in my family for many generations was broken by them. It has been relocated about fifteen times! It has never been harmed in transit because we are skilled packers.

James and I exchanged numerous emails in which he promised to cover all repairs and compensate me for the cost of shipping the original, undamaged glass to the fabricator so they could create a duplicate, but they refused to pay for anything. Since then, I've received guarantees that this won't occur. The staff at this company is rude, hurried, and careless with your belongings, thus you should never use them.

Read More Sharp van lines is definitely the best moving company in town! I say this because I have never been moved so smoothly and peacefully in my whole life! They are so well behaved, professional, efficient and caring. My move was like a breeze. The foreman and his team came right on time and quickly moved me out. They quoted me 6 hours to get everything out and ready to go, but they did it in just 5! They actually saved me some money! Everything was delivered on time and without any damages. And I did not need to fight with them with the bill. It was a different and good experience. Well done!

The foreman and his team came on time on the moving day and moved everything out professionally and carefully. They were very careful about the breakables and also the furniture. All was relocated within the given time and I am happy to say that there were no damages or dents. It was a very good move and it all went well. I highly recommend them to all.

I hired them last month for my move and my move was amazingly smooth. The moving men came on time on the day of the move and moved my belongings super well. There wasn’t a single damage or dent on anything! I was moved within the given time and I did need to pay anything extra. I had a great time with Sharp van lines! I highly recommend them to all.
