At first, I thought they were great to work with — they quoted me for five hours, and they were willing to move my belongings when I wasn't there. But on the day of the job, they billed me for 8 hours, which is $525 more than I was expecting. In addition, they sent me numerous documents via email that had to be signed right then and there — without giving a head's up that they needed this information prior. They called me multiple times while I was out to dinner with family that they needed documents signed right in that moment — I was frustrated by the lack of communication that this was needed last-minute. I also felt taken advantage of that the job they quoted me for was to take 3 extra hours.
