I'm the type of person where a handshake works. I trust you. I trusted this guy and It was a big mistake, I would never trust him again. He strong, armed me and bullied me as a customer you should never have to feel like that. From their point of view, they're the only people in the world that move pianos. Stay away from this type of company.
