We just moved across country. As if the move wasn’t stressful enough, the amount of damage that occurred to sooooo many of my things is absolutely unfathomable! My 6k d ... Read More We just moved across country. As if the move wasn’t stressful enough, the amount of damage that occurred to sooooo many of my things is absolutely unfathomable! My 6k dining room set (made of very durable wood) that they wrapped is completely destroyed. 2 of 4 of the chairs are cracked and broken. Boxes looked like they had been through a tornado. Most of the boxes were so damaged (crushed, dented and holes in them the size of my head). I haven’t even unpacked most of the stuff and I’m heart broken over so much of my stuff getting ruined. Everything that was labeled fragile was broken. I can only imagine once I open mirrors, big screens, etc. Your stuff gets passed through many hands and they sub contract their move. I can only imagine people carelessly tossing boxes and furniture around with the amount of damage and ruin that has occurred during my move.

Read More DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
