Read More They charged me extra because they claimed my items were heavier than expected. How does that make sense? They also scratched up my hardwood floors while dragging my dresser, and when I pointed it out, the foreman just shrugged and said, It’s not our fault. Unbelievable.

My mattress, which was clean and wrapped when they took it, arrived with brown stains and a musty odor. DISGUSTING. Also, I’m still missing two boxes of kitchen items, including my air fryer and brand-new blender. I have a feeling they “accidentally” kept them. Never again.

The movers treated it with the same care as a full move. They wrapped up the mirror and monitor I was nervous about and even helped disassemble a shelf that wouldn't fit through the door. It went better than expected.

The movers were relaxed, but careful, and didn't complain once about the weird layout of the apartment. They got everything inside quickly and placed it right where I asked.
