Read More Picking this company to help me move was a bad decision. They subcontracted me to movers that have a F rating from the better business bureau. These mover delivered my items broken and missing all together. When I called Top, they just do not care. Do not use these movers.

I would give them a zero if I could. THEY ARE NOT MOVER, THEY ARE ONLY BROKER, once you made the down payment, you can never reach the right person again, they leave you ... THEY ARE NOT MOVER, THEY ARE ONLY BROKER, once you made the down payment, you can never reach the right person again, they leave you alone to deal with the real mover, who took LESS THAN HALF of the furniture in Top Moving Solutions Quotation, and if I didn't agree, they will NOT refund my down payment. And, they lost my things, the bed rails were not delivered until two weeks after other furniture were delivered, it's super hard to reach anyone, either the real mover （M&R Expedit Mover and Storage ） or Top Moving Solutions. Pls pls pls, don't be like me, DON'T USE THEM!, YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE! Even though their quotation looks cheaper! And the service is sooooo poor！ And, when you fill up the insurance claim they (M&R Expedit Mover and Storage, who is supposedly the subcontractor) sent to you, don't expect a reply, because there won't be any! If you have things missing, you lost them forever! No one cares, NOT Top Moving Solutions, NOT their sub-contractor!

Moving across the country was a rather daunting prospect for me but I’m really impressed with how he mapped out every tiny detail pertaining to the move. He was a true professional, took care of everything himself and even sought my approval for things that were necessary (like packing). Thanks to his excellent execution, the move was over with before I even realized. Kudos to him!

Read More Moving Solutions expertly moved my household items. They wrapped extra material around the corners and the larger items to prevent the drawers from opening. Additionally, they provided blankets to cover furniture and boxes as needed. They also removed my old bed, which was kept in Moving Solutions storage facility for over two months. Although carrying all the items up five flights of stairs must have been particularly difficult, the job was completed in three hours.
