What I found out is that they actually did the work of comparing carriers and making sure whoever came to my home was licensed and insured. That part alone was worth it to me because I would not have known how to verify any of that on my own. Highly recommended!

Read More The crew arrived at my old apartment right at 11:00 AM. They spent the first hour just wrapping the glass table top and the big mirrors in moving pads. I saw them use a lot of tape to make sure the blankets stayed on during the walk to the truck. They managed to fit the entire living room set into the truck without stacking things too high. Once we got to the new house, they put the rugs down first before bringing in the heavy dressers.

Read More The thing that got me was when I called on a Saturday afternoon, I was fully expecting voicemail, but someone actually picked up. They were really professional. My 3-bedroom apartment made it from Chicago to Nashville without a single hiccup. My dining table, which I was honestly most worried about, arrived in perfect condition. I've moved four times in six years, and this was by far the smoothest one.
