Read More If can could lower I would. I'm a military member that is still trying to get my good delievers to my home. I have been led on and lied to by Vicki their supposed dispatcher. I was supposed to have received my good on the 2nd of July. It never came, I was told by Vicki face to face that the truck was turned away. After calling PMO there was never a truck from them that ever attempted delievery on the base. Regardless they were instructed to call me to escort them base at 0930 and never did. Vicki then tells my family and I that she would have ot delivered the 3rd.....never happened. So then ot became the 5th which is today. I just go off the phone with the owner (Rimsey)who claims they are going out of business and can't deliver my goods. The reviews for this are washed of the bad ones and I sure he will take this one down as well. My fellow servicemembers ensure these folks are never involved in your move they are flat out liars.

Safe ship representation is extremely misleading. Beware.

Extremely unprofessional and rude, dispatch hung up on me when asking for clarifications with the move date. I was told an earlier date with Safe Ship, and the Driver Car ... Read More Extremely unprofessional and rude, dispatch hung up on me when asking for clarifications with the move date. I was told an earlier date with Safe Ship, and the Driver Carlos Uman. The driver specifically had me tip him 572.00 extra dollars to bring my things on date discussed which was today June 3rd. Now he's telling me 7 to 10 days after today. He hung up on me when I tried to explain to him that I already pre-purchased plane tickets and have graduation for my daughter on those days of UNSCHEDULED delivery. I believe I was scammed by Top Notch movers. Safe ship representation is extremely misleading. Beware.
