Read More Just a horrible experience all the way around. Was looking for a company that could accommodate my blind and disabled husband. The day they showed up to move us they were 2 1/2 hours late from the 2 hour window I was given. Once, most of our stuff was loaded on the truck, I was told my husband medical bed was considered a bulky item( it was on the original quote) but if I paid them $150 CASH, they wouldn't have to add it to the bill! Very sketchy company. They don't even have their own fleet of moving trucks. They used Ryder rental trucks. So I was lied to when they told me 2 of their trucks broke down. It was a nightmare for us. Excuses for not showing up at all! 4+ hours we waited for our delivery. No text, no call, NO SHOW! Spoke with Alonso, was told the driver got sick and miscommunication, there was no communication. Found out our stuff was still in NJ, so they lied about the delivery. Was told Tuesday the 10th that our stuff was being delivered. Gave me a time of 6:30 PM, waited 2 hours for them to find out they were still over 1 1/2 hours away. So we scheduled for delivery at 10 am on the day of the 11th during a hurricane. THEY showed up at 11:45 am. My furniture was then held hostage until I paid the balance in full first! That UNETHICAL!

Read More The movers that we’re very nice picked up my personal and expensive beautiful new furniture from NY on Nov10 was promised to be here by Nov20th owner or manager Carlos barely got back to my husband and told him it will get to Florida by Monday Nov29 it is now Wed Dec1st they finally arrived at 8:30 PM !!! I lost another day of work .. waited all day no phone calls no return phone calls or texts until 5:30 PM!!! it’s not the drivers fault they were very nice but understood our frustration that not only one item but all my furniture is DESTROYED .. wood chunks wrapped off from my Ethan Allen brand new tag still on kitchen furniture chairs and tables .. my cabinet broken .. they gave us somebody else bed and said it’s not mine put it back on the truck !!! They destroyed our stuff loading it from the warehouse !! Ruin and destroyed !! My leather couch is missing the legs.. it’s just so upsetting and rude !!! There so many other things too broken !! They will be hearing from my attorney !! I have pictures and video tape before we moved and pics now!! They will lose and pay us , fix it or replace all the damage on my beautiful furniture !! You will be hearing from my attorney !! So somebody better answer that phone !!! Rude disgraceful please do not use this company the owners are crooks!! The drivers are nice it’s sad that have to work for such ignorant people who have no regard for peoples furniture !! Again you will LOSE!!!!! Read More It brings me no joy to write this review. But I was disappointed in the fact that what was included in my agreement was furniture that they did disassemble, that they would reassemble upon arrival and delivery. The team that brought my furniture, was extremely nice and professional, however brought no tools and was not aware that they had to reassemble the furniture that the company disassembled. So in the middle of the night I had to go throughout my entire building complex looking for someone that would loan me tools. My entertainment console was not wrapped so it was scratched up pretty bad on its side. Also, due to having multiple deliveries in the vehicle, everything was not properly labeled or sorted. If I did not take the time to go through the van, I would have not have had my bike rack, three bikes, and three golf sets. They were in other people's stuff. And lastly, I did report an item that was still missing. It probably has little value however, no one even bothered to follow up with me about it. Based on my overall experience, no, I would not recommend this company or their services.

Working with them was one of my worst business experiences in recent memory. Every aspect of their process was unethical, nightmarish and should be reviewed by the law. ... Read More Working with them was one of my worst business experiences in recent memory. Every aspect of their process was unethical, nightmarish and should be reviewed by the law. Carlos Alonza quoted me a price in April of 2021 for a move and storage for a May pickup and November delivery. After the quote and discussion, I paid a 33% deposit. He was very personable and available until the pickup. Upon arrival, in May, the movers informed me that my items were oversize and would required another $1,300 immediately or my initial deposit would be forfeited. I was very surprised to hear this as we spent an hour on the phone going over the items, their descriptions and dimensions. Because, I had limited time to find another mover, I paid the additional amount, however I felt ripped off. It got progressively worse from there. After the furniture was picked up, it became impossible to reach anyone. Carlos became unavailable, and there is no customer service number or operator. I finally reached someone on 11/9 and requested a 11/22 delivery. The furniture didn't arrive until the 9th of December, with a second $1,300 increase and the threat of it being dumped if I didn't come up with the cash right away. I was not told of the increase or the exact delivery date until Sunday evening Dec, the 8th, 10 hours before delivery. The delivery guys were nice, but left half of the furniture wrapped in blankets and plastic before taking off. When all was said and done, we are missing a brand new Tempurpedic King size mattress and a Queen size mirror. On top of that, my marble coffee table is shattered. Now they won't take my calls or answer my emails. If Carlos Alonzo (a very smooth talker) or Top Tier Van Lines reach out to you, don't walk- run. If you've paid your deposit and still have time, find another truly reputable mover. Do not subject yourself to this insanity.
