They were so efficient that I didn't have to stress at all.

Read More I cannot believe all the fake reviews on this site. This company is easily the worst collection of dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Well at least 1 person but he lied enough for an entire company. They do not have trucks. They are a broker who lowballs the price putting the responsibility of increasing the cost to the guys who come pick up. George Michaels is the worst example of salespeople. I asked are you a broker or carrier. We are both. Lie. Will the price change at pickup or drop off. Not unless you add something. Lie. He did not calculate anything for the packaging materials that were needed and his estimate on cubic feet was grossly inaccurate. I was told we have a truck going from San Francisco to Chicago, Iowa being on the way, and your load will fit on the back of our almost full truck. Lie, either no truck existed (since they have no trucks) or I simply wasn’t put on it. My items were picked up on July 11th. Pro Smart Movers handled it and their crew was great. They had the enjoyable task of letting me know it was going to be $1600 more than I was quoted. My belongings then sat in a warehouse until I finally got delivery on August 31st. So long in fact they had to give me $300 credit for being late. Long story short never do business with George Michaels or Tower Moving Systems. I implore you.

Read More I would never trust these people to move a dead horse. All they did was take my money and farmed it out to Atlantis moving which are also thieves. We were quoted $4800 and ended up over $12,000. Don't ever use either. I hope they see this as I'm not done yet. FMCSA is the first call in the morning.

Read More I have nothing but praise for Tower Moving Systems LLC. Over the years, they have helped me relocate in a way that was safe, efficient, and included my loved ones. When I came in recently from out of state, they were quite helpful and went out of their way to make the transition easy for me.

After picking up my furniture for my out of state move, over 3 weeks went by and I NEVER heard anything else from them. I literally had to track them down and call everyd ... Read More After picking up my furniture for my out of state move, over 3 weeks went by and I NEVER heard anything else from them. I literally had to track them down and call everyday to find out what happened to my furniture and when it was going to be delivered. Finally after over a month, my furniture was brought to me but on top of the miscommunication and chaos of getting an ETA, the driver tried to charge me and extra $250! Lastly, since I refused to pay any extra, they left only moved my furniture a short distance and I was left to move it by myself to my actual destination. This company is disgusting, unprofessional, chaotic, careless, and should be out of business.

We were quoted an original price and ended up paying 3 times that amount to get our belongings delivered to our new address. We were scammed so badly because we followed and believed the online reviews! I'm just putting this out there to warn anybody else looking at reviews. DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!!! The negative reviews are all the same scenario and happened exactly the same with us. They get your belongings and will not unload them and will even drive away with them if you don't pay the extra monies that were supposedly told to you that obviously were NOT!!! Makes me sick that people are so good at lying and taking advantage of good people! Karma comes around full force.

They instantly began talking about the budgeted time not being enough and that I would have to pay $1500 extra. This is before even starting. Asked that I paid half ($750) right away. I was frustrated but desperate so did so. We got to the destination on time but they literally sat in the truck for 1 hour after taking a food break. When I asked if we can continue, they did so half heartedly. The final straws - They damaged the door frame carrying a dresser and forgot to place my bed on the rug as it was. They refused to correct it due to the beds weight. They still have not gotten back to me about the damaged door and its been over 8 weeks.

Last time M and his team charged me so much and promised to deliver first-rate service, but I didn't know how messy they are before having them on the day of relocation. Very unreliable, and no work ethic!
