Read More Great Moving experience!!! Both the guys who came to do our move were very polite and treated us well. Upon arriving at our home (moving from CO), they did a walk through to see all the items being moved then carefully wrapped and packaged each item before moving. Then once at new home they did the same confirming which items went where. They unwrapped everything and even set up the furniture for us.

Read More Really Brittany?? Where were you when I DEMANDED to speak with a Manager or Owner? The damage you spent most of your time responding to was the least of our issues! The lack of communication after I signed the contract is almost laughable. of course before I signed it I was getting a daily call and multiple emails from Jerry. Oh he was great in the beginning! My "quote" more than doubled! In hindsight that's your game plan it's obvious. With your competition out there it's easier to get business by deceiving your customers and then just Jacking up the costs. Oh, and then hold our stuff random until we pay! That's great customer service!! It's a scam and I'm sure you're doing well financially but it will eventually catch up with you.

Read More The only reason this company gets a one star rating from me is because nothing lower was available. TMS began by making appts they did not keep. They were so very dishonest. They reassured us that all persons handling our move were paid employees of Transit Moving Systems denying they ever hired contract workers. Yet the guys who moved our belongings to TN told us they had been hired off of Craig's List for this move only. We were told the total cubic footage of our belongings would fill their largest moving truck (53 ft.) and we would therefore have a “dedicated truck”. This meant only our belongings would be on the truck; the truck would be loaded and unloaded only once; and the truck would have only one destination - our new TN home. This too was false. The movers came to pack two days before they were scheduled to come and then they did not come on the day they were scheduled to finish. They packed our things very poorly, loading them onto a small truck, on both dates. Our belongings would therefore be unloaded and reloaded onto the actual moving truck. Then after the moving truck was allegedly on its' way, it reportedly broke down and was taken into a shop with our things on it. Although the truck was supposed to leave the day after us & drive directly to our new house, it took 2.5 wks. to arrive. Upon arrival, at least $4000 worth of our belongings were broken or missing. The contract stated I should be reimbursed $.60 per pound, but the company did not weigh our property; it used cubic feet as measurement. They overcharged almost $4000 for the truck, indicating we filled more cubic ft. than would even fit into a 53 foot truck. In the end I wanted to be reimbursed at least $10,000 for broken/missing items and overcharges for the truck, and overall failure to abide by their contract. We paid this company over twice that amount for the horrible nightmarish experience. However, b/c this company uses an arbitration program, I have been told my efforts to be reimbursed anything beyond an insulting amount would likely prove useless. Do NOT repeat my mistake. PLEASE - BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GET PULLED IN - I CAN'T IMAGINE IT WILL BE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A NIGHTMARE YOU WILL FOREVER REGRET.

We paid them for packaging since they said they had professionals handle the job. Their staff did inadequate packing and subsequent damage. They also refused to fix the broken furniture.

They will lie to you about the prices they give you up front. They act like they are you best friends but once they have your furniture that's all over. They used a 3rd p ... Read More They will lie to you about the prices they give you up front. They act like they are you best friends but once they have your furniture that's all over. They used a 3rd party mover for the delivery of my furniture and they also charged me extra fees that were not included in the original price. Several of my furniture was damaged. Please run away from this company. It will be your best decision ever. Trust me.
