Read More I saw this add on Facebook and I thought it will be a good decision but never look on the reviews. It’s always right, it’s too good to be true. Quote is 99$/hour with minimum of 3 hours.Leo the main guy, started and quite slow in wrapping my sofa, love seat, TV, etc. I asked if I have to pay for the wrap, he said only the bubble wrap. Everything is loaded in less than 3 hours and I feel like it can be faster as everything is disassembled ready for them. Then he said here’s your receipt. 1780$. I said I didn’t expect that. They charge for extra 1.5 hours of travel, fuel surcharge of 99, 400$ for heavy furniture which is over price, 350$ of wrapping and bubbles. And they want Cash. They said it’s ok for Zelle but he received a memo that they don’t accept Zelle for this day. What a stressful day!Lesson learned! Stay away from this people.

Normally I read reviews but I was talking to so many companies and the lady was so polite until she disappeared and Mike the manager picks up and hangs up and bullies people. Major scam and disrespectful. Had to call the cops because they held my stuff hostage and threatened to leave with all of my belongings. They left without letting see the back of the truck to ensure everything was unloaded. Overcharged me and and check the contract because all the driver kept screaming is the contract is legal and binding and untouchable. There is a $75 cleaning fee on top of transport fee for an hour and half which is included in their 3 hour minimum. Only mounted the dinner table. The other mover was okay but the driver and manger are rude and disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. He tried to charge me heavy fee without weighing anything. They don't give you the contract prior to so they can charge you a cancellation fee which is the 3 hr min at $90 plus $75 plus $69 fuel charge.

Read More Other moving companies were charging outrageously high prices for moving my Two-bedrooms. I was expecting the same thing to happen here as well, however, when I reached out to them, I was astonished by how inexpensive their services were. Plus they even offered packing services. It was a worthwhile experience in every way.

Read More These people quoted me $75/ hour on the first text and after reserving an appointment decided to sneak charges that I was NOT notified of. They invoiced me 7x what I was initially quoted. The job was to deliver a 2 piece small couch only 20 minutes away.I spoke to customer service and the guy, Joe, was disgustingly rude, mocked me and told me not to call again and hung up on me. Please do NOT work with this fraud company.

Then, they tell me three hour minimum once the job was completed? Nothing anywhere in the email, texts, or website say anything about a 3 hour minimum. Plus a $66 fuel charge? and a $45 coved fee? coved fee?? I'm paying you a fee to wear a mask? On top of all this, the movers were late by an hour and a held out of the given time range. I'm happy to spend thousands on attorneys to make sure these guys see their day in court so long as it saves other innocent people trying to move out of getting extorted to pay sneakily high rates that they dump on you after the job is already complete. This business is total trash. TRASH. website is two man moving LLC but the truck shows up with "a couple of movers" written on it. Horrible HORRIBLE. Read More If I could give zero stars I would. I am a single mom who just bought my first house for my son and I and this is what happened. First they were 40 minutes late, because they went for breakfast. When they got to my house I showed them what I needed moved. I was moving a 2 bedroom house and I only wanted them to move the big stuff...couch, beds, dressers, kitchen table and chairs, etc. Shame on me for not looking inside the truck before they started loading. When we got to my destination and they unloaded the truck, they didn't set my beds back up or even put the back of the couch together, when I said that they were supposed to do that , they said No they don't do that. they also wouldn't put my couch in the back room because they said it wouldn't fit, so they left it in the ferrochrome with the other couch. This is the part that's really B.S. I was supposed to get an EMPTY 26' truck and when they were done I went outside there was a good 6 feet with furniture (Couch,mattress and box spring), in the front of the truck. When I asked what that stuff left in the truck was... I was told it was theirs. They also had empty open boxes on the side of the truck, No wonder I couldn't get all my stuff moved! When I went to take a picture of the inside of the truck, they closed and locked the door. I called the office and spoke with Thomas, a few times on Sunday, I told him about this and he said he would check with them and call me back, and guess what??? No Call Back, Shocker!!!! They also made me sign their contract before they would even start loaded my stuff, which I thought was weird, but I needed to move. They said that it should take about 6-7 hours plus a 75.00 fuel surcharge. When we got to my new house and the one mover said he was going to complete the contract and bring to me for payment- BEFORE they would unload. I said No you need to unload first and they said No I had to pay first and only by Zella, Money order or cash. When I saw my bill for $1,476.32 I almost fell on the ground. They charged me 232.50 to put a piece of bubble wrap and a box over my one 55" TV, plastic bag for my mattresses and some packing tape and then they charged me 150.00 for an item that was over 200 pounds. I asked what item and they said first, it was a dresser then no it was the exercise bike. I asked where is the scale to show me that it's over 200 pounds and they just said that they just know. So I guess they are psychotic too. They also charged me a 55.00 Covid Fee and when I called the office, again, I was told asked what that was for, I was told they clean the truck after each use, and that is completely B.S. because that truck was filthy. My fuel surcharge was 97.00 not 75.00 and they charged me 2.5 hours for Travel time. I wish I would have read all these reviews before I ever hired them. they have a nice website and when I spoke with the scheduler, I really felt like they were going to do a great job. Boy, was I wrong. These Russian guys are crooks and I hope you read this and NEVER EVER Hire them.

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT fall for their low prices. This company is a complete and total scam. I was charged dollars short of 5000 when I was quoted 1500-2000 ... Read More I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT fall for their low prices. This company is a complete and total scam. I was charged dollars short of 5000 when I was quoted 1500-2000 dollars. And they only give you the invoice total once they have left with all your stuff!!!! They charge you per “heavy” item, per box loaded AND unloaded plus an hourly rate per person and the truck. The travel time is charged by flat rate amount PLUS individual driver/rider. And they took 4 hours to drive a 2 hour route. They tell you none of this at booking. Complete and total scam. Then when you call their office for clarity, their “manager” Mike will (no exaggeration) scream at you and hang up. Please spare yourself the trouble. You were smart enough to look them up and do your research, be smart enough to pick some other company that will be honest and respectful. I hope my experience will save someone else from making the same mistake.
