Read More At the time of contract signing, I agreed to a certain sum; but, after the movers had finished, they presented me with a revised invoice that contained almost $300 in extra charges. They still claimed I had "extra-large furnishings" after they had double-checked everything. I finally caved after they blocked my driveway with their truck because I refused to pay.

After being reassured twice that they could be there when we had the apartment buildings dock reserved, at the time they were to arrive, we were informed they wouldn’t be there until 30-minutes before our reservation concluded. They left us in a challenging situation after driving 1,600 miles from x, in a new town, in 100-degree weather. Maybe they’re okay for local moves. I wouldn’t trust a company that doesn’t put any effort towards customer service.

Read More This company refuses to give me back my deposit after cancellation of a quote $1800 to move Now they want to charge $3000 to add 4 items. They never gave me my deposit and I'm not dealing with these con artists. They have been in business 2 years. They won't be open long doing people wrong. If you check on BBB they have a lot of bad reviews one family lost $1050.
