Read More I had a wonderful experience with Stacey in sales. Unfortunately, the night before my move I got a call from Tony, in quality assurance, upping my price by another 50%. When I complained, he said the sales person screwed up and would be fired and he would not honor the deal unless I paid the difference in cash, that night. Since I was flying out the next day, I felt I had no choice. He said he could cancel the deal if I didn’t want to pay more, but that I wouldn’t get my deposit back. Like I could get another mover by the next day! To be clear, the sales person was great and the movers (different company) were wonderful. But United Movers, the broker, will never get my business nor that of my family, friends, or acquaintances - ever! I have not been that stressed by an experience in over 20 years! Do not use this company!

They handled the migration with speed, competence, and efficiency. If I ever need packing or shipping services again, they will be my first choice.

United Moving Management was the second company I contacted after the first one didn't arrive on moving day; she relocated me the following day at no additional cost. When they visited to see how I was doing, these employees were kind, competent, and on time. They were far superior to the other companies I've dealt with. I fully support them.
