I decided to go with United Trust Van Lines based on a friend’s recommendation and wow, I’m so glad I did. From the moment I booked, their customer service team was incredibly helpful. They walked me through every step, gave me a clear estimate, and followed up a few days before the move to confirm all the details. On moving day, the crew showed up early, equipped, and ready to go. They navigated the stairs like pros, carefully wrapped my fragile items, and even helped me pack the last minute things I hadn’t gotten to yet. I was especially impressed with how they handled my oversized mirror and electronics everything arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was right on time, and the unloading process was just as smooth. The team worked fast but with care, and they even took the time to make sure each box was in the correct room. This was by far the easiest move I’ve ever experienced. Read More Don’t use this company. United Trust Van Lines is simply a brokerage company which outsources jobs to other moving companies who actually handle the move. Whilst the moving company which ultimately handled our move (Big Shoulders Moving & Storage) did a great job, United Trust Van Lines did not. Their strategy is to intentionally under quote the job. We gave them a detailed list of the items to be moved for a 2bd unit. We agreed a price for the interstate move and paid our deposit. Our deposit was 30% of the move cost which is way above industry standard (10%). On moving day, the quote for the exact same items was changed to double the initial quote. We were told that we’d lose our deposit if we did not proceed with the move. When you call or email to complain, they will simply ghost you and hope that you go away. This is misleading and deceptive conduct.

Read More To me, having United Trust Van Lines assistance was a total disappointment. These low lives had no idea what that artwork and gym equipment meant to me. They used that cheesy packaging stuff which damaged my valuables. And the worst part was they were unapologetic for their actions.

Read More United Trust Van Lines claimed there was no more space in the truck while leaving a few items behind (printer, air purifier, and a few tiny cartons), even though there was undoubtedly more than enough space. A small desk was also broken during the move, and the movers clearly knew about it because they brought the desk in two parts even though it was in perfect condition when it left my prior home. No explanation or apology!
