Read More I contacted Unlimited Moving and Storage about a move from Tennessee to Nevada, I was quoted $18,000.00 to have my own truck. I was told to provide my bank account information and the $4,000.00 deposit would be removed. I did everything as asked. That night I researched the company to learn they have HUNDREDS of complaints filed against them, so the following day I sent a email and called and said I was changing my mind not to use there company (not even 24 hours has taken place). I also explained the money was not removed from my account since it was less than 24 hours day. The representative Carrie Prinkley so no worries. Three (3) days later my 4K was debited from my account. I telephone and emailed again explaining you put the transaction thru even though I stopped all from happening the following day after signing. To make a long story short they said you cannot have you entire back and get $500.00 . It took them 2 months to send me $3500.00 of the $4000.00 they never should have taken in the first place.

Read More Let’s talk about a hot tub. Yes, we own one, and yes, it’s a beast to move. But the movers managed to drain it, tilt it onto a cart, and guide it through our narrow gate without any damage. They asked which side the electrical hookups were on, so they could position it correctly in the truck. I was amazed at how they kept it stable despite the awkward shape. At the new property, they placed it near the deck and made sure the cover was also well-protected. Truly a herculean feat.
