Read More I was sent an estimate where I listed everything that I had except for two medium boxes. When the mover came (a third party contractor) he wrote that I had a lot more than what I had listed. He brought me a new quote with over $2000 above my estimated price which I refused to sign since he had put false information in the new quote. Because of this he delayed the process for about two hours since he did not wanted to take out of the new quote things that he said were additional to the original quote but I provided proof that I had put it in the original quote. After 2 hours we came to the agreement of loading the truck only until the estimated space was filled up using the price on the original quote. Ultimately I had to leave behind a significant amount of things because the estimate of space my things would take was way off even though I provided a fairly well description of all items.

I definitely recommend this company, as the point of contact, he was great and prompt with his responsiveness. Thank you all for making our move as seamless as possible.

They handled our move well which was work related. They were very careful with all of our stuff. Movers wrapped things individually and were very going. I really got alon ... Read More They handled our move well which was work related. They were very careful with all of our stuff. Movers wrapped things individually and were very going. I really got along with everyone here. Felt a bit spoiled getting help packing. I usually handle it myself but the move overall was much less stressful having the extra set of hands and know how. To us it was an extra charge that was 100% worth it. Packing is the most time consuming thing. Having that extra time - I was able to focus on other projects. We booked them far in advance, and later had to change the date and start time but they were flexible and easy to work with. Movers came on time, called ahead, and made sure the process stayed smooth.

Read More I recently employed a moving company, and I was really impressed with the outstanding service provided by the USA Moving Solutions team. They moved everything quickly, were effective, and took good care of our belongings. They were not just cordial but also professional. I would definitely use this moving company again and heartily recommend them.

Definitely do not recommend this moving company. First, you should know that they are a broker who then contracts out the actual moving to another company. Everything was ... Read More Definitely do not recommend this moving company. First, you should know that they are a broker who then contracts out the actual moving to another company. Everything was very misleading throughout the whole process. They started by giving me a very low quote, which is why I decided to use them thinking I was getting a good deal. However, after giving my deposit, they kept increasing the bill until I ended up spending $3k more than the actual quote. What was worse is that our property arrived in terrible condition. There was at least hundreds if not more than a thousand dollars in damage to our property that they moved. Guess how much they offered me to compensate for the damage? They offered me $79. The process to submit claims was also very difficult, which they obviously do on purpose. After going through the whole process to submit a claim, they required that the document I sign saying I accept the compensation for my claim had to be notarized by a public notary. What? They sure make it easy to sign a contract when using their business, but it is absolutely impossible just to get a little compensation for their awful work.
