The total, all-inclusive price of the relocation was at least 50% less than the next lowest estimate. Use this service; it's fantastic.

Read More I think the pictures speak for themselves. If you don't want your belongings to be treated this way, don't get into business with Verified Van Lines. My moving experience: - delivery took 5 weeks, instead of promised 2-14 working days. - 2 boxes with valuables were stolen. - Items were missing, e.g. part of a bed frame, which made me have to buy a new frame. - All my furniture came scratched and dirty. - No reassembly. Verified Van Lines pushes ALL of the blame on their subcontractors, completely washes their hands off of everything, told me I don't have a contract with them, and their only job is to 'attempt to find a carrier'. I wouldn't recommend anybody to enter into any type of business with this company because they take absolutely no responsibility for the job you entrust them to manage for you.

Multiple emails and still no response regarding the insurance claim for my broken items. Last minute charges for van or supplies and if you don’t pay they threaten by stating they won’t deliver items. Please go with a different company.

Stay away from this company, they are such a scam, they will provide you with no service, no follow up after payment is made and you won't know where your items at. Also, my items were damaged from the move, although I have purchased the insurance, but even the insurance is part of the scam! I think all the 5 star reviews are fake accounts created by them.

Read More Mover cancelled less than 24 hours before pick up and verified vans wouldn't even return our phone calls to help find another driver. We Had to rent a uphaul and drive 20 hours ourselves. Still haven't heard back from Them about getting our $825 deposit back. I'm shocked because they had great reviews but this was an awful experience.

Read More I choose verified van lines due to their reviews, the process went well until they hired a subcontractor (overland van lines). I didn’t know that my research for all for nothing. Overland was horrible! From the beginning the communication wasn’t there, after serval calls for a pickup date I finally received a call “ we are 2 hours away. That was actually 4 hours. The movers were friendly and did a good job. The contract called for a 2 to 14 day delivery. No calls, no updates after 2 weeks. Again I continued to call with a run around and different reasons each call. Oh and I was never given paperwork. Upon delivery they handled my furniture/boxes with no regard, each and every box was crushed, big scratches on an expensive console, bar stool chipped, glasses broken, mattress bent with spring damage etc. they rushed so I unwrapped everything. This was a personal experience I don’t attend on having again. I do not recommend either company. Verified Van lines due to the possibility of them subcontracting the work out.

Read More This is perhaps the worst moving company ever. They don’t communicate, they lie about where your belongs are and their claims process is horrendous. I would not hire them to move across the street much less across country. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We waited nearly two months for our stuff and many items were damaged. Their claims process offered us $90 as compensation. I rather light $90 on fire than take their payout. My pregnant wife and I had to help the lone driver unload his truck. He gave us other people items but we were honest and called him to pickup the next day. Makes we wonder who got some of our “missing” belongings. They also charged me more than they quoted and ran an unauthorized transaction on my credit card.
