Read More This move has been stressing me out for weeks, but my moving team made all that stress go away in minutes with reassurance, and answering any questions I had! I highly suggest choosing them! Rudy and Elijah were very professional and worth their weight in gold!

Read More My move with Safe Ship Moving Services on August 28th, 2024, was a nightmare. They promised delivery within five days for my three-bedroom apartment, but my belongings didn’t arrive for over two weeks. I was charged $5,900, well above the $5,200 estimate. To make matters worse, several boxes were missing, and my calls for assistance were ignored. This company is unreliable and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs!

The movers were careless, breaking several fragile items, and their customer service was unresponsive when I tried to address the issues. I’m deeply disappointed and would not use their services again.

Read More My experience with Safe Ship Moving Services was unfortunately disappointing. I hired them for a long-distance move, expecting a professional and seamless process. However, things quickly went downhill. The movers arrived late without any explanation, and they seemed unprepared and disorganized. Some of my belongings were handled roughly, resulting in damage to a few pieces of furniture. Communication throughout the process was poor; it was nearly impossible to get timely updates on the status of my shipment. When my items finally arrived, several boxes were missing, and the company was slow to respond to my concerns. I expected much better from a company with their reputation.

I would definitely recommend perfectly fast moving services to anyone moving long distance.

Nice people, but their vetting of subcontractors (movers) needs to improve. Quoted an initial amount. a week before the move the amount was increased by $1,500. The mover ... Read More Nice people, but their vetting of subcontractors (movers) needs to improve. Quoted an initial amount. a week before the move the amount was increased by $1,500. The movers arrived with the wrong size truck. I had to transport the lead to a local U-Haul to obtain another truck. I essentially was held hostage by the mover. they had the majority of the items packed and on the truck when I was informed that I needed to pay an additional 40% of the initial quote for them to finish the job and transport the items. what could I do? I had to move out the following day and I had another home waiting in the midwest. I maxed out my credit card to pay for the additional cost and my credit rating took a hit. A very bad experience.

Read More I would recommend these guys to others. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were very quick with the process while also making sure to take the extra time to properly wrapped all my items with both blankets and plastic. They all were very friendly and maintained a professional sense while working. I feel lucky that I had these guys come to my place to move my things. I know that they were handled properly and are in good hands. Once again I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of move, whether it be across the country like me or just a local move.

Everything was packed carefully and really fast and definitely would recommend
