Read More Authority moving subcontracted it to unlimited. They charged me $2000 more for 10 items over what was estimated, claiming 2300 feet was what I had yet a 26 foot truck only fits 1700 cu feet. Then subcontracted to yet another company Oasis, who is refusing to deliver he can't make the turn into the storage facility in spite of the fact that other semi drivers have done it. Do not use this company.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE the owner your business and money. I have never in my LIFE dealt with someone who was so nasty and disrespectful and vulgar. If you have any respect for yourself and your hard earned money( this move was over 10k) I would not trust and use him. The workers however were nice.

But, the team came without any packing material and made excused that they forgot!!! IS this how you work?

Read More If I could give this company zero stars I would! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT UTILIZE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I utilized First National VAN LINES for my 74 year old elderly mother in October 2022 to move her closer to me from Memphis to Baltimore; and they contracted out to Unlimited as the middle man..That is was the worst mistake they could have done. Ezra is a rude, egoistic, and chauvinistic person. I the legal department emails with supporting information in which the Board will hold a hearing to refund my mother the entire amount of her money for her move and the paintings that were conveniently lost and not tracked down after asking filing my complaint BEFORE my mother furniture ever arrived because I saw the red flags. As a Federal Government employee who writes Federal Government Contracts for a living, I pray that the company loses their contract and Ezra and Shai get fired. Sidebar, the legal department, specifically Mr. Lee who is NOT a part of Unlimited is wonderful; and he is assisting with getting this matter resolved.

Read More I have less than a quarter of my boxes unpacked and already have found 8 broken cups and one broken vase. FOUR of the cups were in a box labeled FRAGILE but were on the pile of boxes upside down, with the label hard to see. And how can it be possible to break the 1.5 inch seat of an OAK CHAIR??!!!?? That is the most inexcusable error of all their disasters. They arrived on Thanksgiving Friday and had to move my boxes and furniture to a smaller truck as the semi trailer wouldn't fit. On the bright side, both the pick-up crew and the delivery crew were great. They are the reason I gave 2 stars instead of one.
