Read More These movers were exceptional from start to finish on my house move. They did an assessment of our property and possessions before offering a quote and were very transparent about what was and wasn’t included. Shout out to the movers who were our porters and packers on the day - they were personable and absolutely fantastic.

I ordered a truck but was upgraded to a van without upcharge. Value was decent.

Read More Highly inefficient company. They have our stuff with them and don't have any update on it since more than 2 weeks now. Everytime we call they say it's because our load wasn't alot or our route is too far. Isn't that why they charged us a ridiculous amount of money. I would NOT recommend these guys. If you want your things to be sitting in their storage for months without any sign of updates, only then hire them. Please I'm serious. They are extremely lazy. Do not hire them if you want peace of your mind.

Read More DO NOT use this company. I had the worst experience with them. I spoke with their moving specialist Anthony and he convinced me to go with them by stating that they do not charge extra once they come out because we would FaceTime and he would see everything I had to move so the quote would be accurate!! When the mover did come out I did have 14 more boxes than the original quote and 2 suit case and because if that they charged me $2000.00 extra. When I asked to speak to the supervisor he basically said that’s how it is and to deal with it!! Now I get that they charge by cubic feet and not the number of items but you can’t tell me that 14 boxes and 2 suit cases it 322 extra cubic feet that my original quote. Then the movers turned my entertainment center that has a fire place in it upside down and I paid them extra to box up my 70 inch tv and all they did was shrink wrap it and stand it up in the truck and strap it down with a ratchet strap!!Then I was also told by Anthony that my stuff would be delivered on the 24th of April. But when I called to double check delivery they said they had no idea when my stuff would be delivered and just kept telling me they needed more time to work on it! I was also told that Anthony with have never told me a specific date to which I said then pull the phone calls and check to which they said they would of course never did or if they did they heard what he said and just didn’t care!! Took them 2 weeks to deliver my stuff and I only moved from CO to Vegas so it’s not that far! I asked to speak with Anthony as he was the one I worked with and they refused to let me once they had my stuff and were holding it hostage and stated I would have to only go through customer service now that my items were picked up!! That’s pretty crappy that we wouldn’t let me speak to the person that made all these promises to me! My advice, find a different moving company!!

They showed up and doubled the estimate based on some super-sketchy logic having to do with the storage shed cubic volume (which was given to them in advance and did not change between the first estimate and the new estimate). Then, when we began asking how/why this was happening they threatened to cancel mid-move and drive away. We basically signed a contract for a new estimate under duress because we did not want to risk our belongings. We wish we had paid more attention to these reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The crew were friendly and professional, and moved all of our furniture very rapidly and vigilantly.
