Read More Moving is tough, and it's even tougher when you've got to deal with a piano. Luckily, this company knew exactly how to handle it. Anthony and Maxwell used fancy equipment to move my piano without a scratch. They even went the extra mile and tuned it up once it was in its new home.

All About Moving - Damaged Property.

This moving company damaged the outside walls and inside walls extensively and then denied they created the damage.. very disappointing! Follow-up from customer service w ... Read More This moving company damaged the outside walls and inside walls extensively and then denied they created the damage.. very disappointing! Follow-up from customer service was very poor and avoided at least 15 phone calls. You pay for professional service but getting two guys in a pick-up truck that do not know what they are doing is very troubling. They also claimed they had insurance which also may have been a lie. Legal action is unfortunately the only option for me. Thanks, .

Read More Do not use this moving company if you value your belongs and are looking for good customer service. When we noticed our valuables had gone missing during the move (within an hour of the movers leaving our new place) we called the company to complain, all I got for a response was "this can't be, this has never happened". After filing a police report, it took two weeks for the manager to finally try to work out an arrangement with me (which wasn't even close to comparable to the value of the items that were stolen), and when I discussed with him that I didn't feel this was fair compensation, all he did was scream at me in a very demeaning manor over the phone and call me a liar. I will definitely not be using this company in the future and I highly recommend that no one else hires them for their move either.

Read More Our cross-country relocation was handled by All About Moving Company. things like loading, packing, shipping to storage while waiting for our home to arrive, unloading from storage, and setting up shop in our new place. We started unpacking for completely unconnected reasons.

Read More The actual move went smoothly and the movers themselves, Junior and his team was great. Also, the quoted price was great. However, the manager Steve was horribly rude and screamed at me due to a miscommunication within their office. I have never ever been yelled at by a stranger in that way and it rattled me for a long time. I had rescheduled my move (not for a frivolous reason, I was closing on a home and my closing was pushed back so I could not physically or legally move in) and my reschedule had been acknowledged, but for some reason it did not reach the manager and movers showed up at the location. The manager then yelled at me, said I had no regard for people and he was going to charge me for the move and when I was able to state between yells that my request to reschedule was sent and acknowledged, stated that he called me the day before and I confirmed - which he did not and why would I or anyone else even do that? Then he hung up on me. While Ines did acknowledge it was a miscommunication in their office and apologize to me, I never received an apology from the manager. I was also charged a deposit which was not stated in their original terms or when I originally rescheduled; and while I would have been happy to oblige if that was just their policy for reschedules, having that ""penalty"" for having communicated appropriately and then being yelled at felt like insult to injury (I did let it go to keep the peace, just wasn't happy about it.) Finally, after the move happened (which, again, was great) I was charged the full price again and reached out several times to speak with Ines and Barb. After over a month and a half of trying to get them to refund me the excess money, I had to finally put in a credit card claim, which is still pending. The headache was not worth the great price and great movers.

My husband called All About Moving Company and made an appointment. It appears there was a misunderstanding, as the company sent us an email, but we never got it. We call ... Read More My husband called All About Moving Company and made an appointment. It appears there was a misunderstanding, as the company sent us an email, but we never got it. We called the company to verify the assistance and further inquiry revealed that the company had sent the email to the wrong address, and we were informed that our appointment had been canceled. When I called to discuss this, the person who answered the phone didn't seem interested in hearing my side of the story, which really pissed me off. Hate you guys for Zero work ethics!!
