Read More It’s been 3 weeks and I finally have a drop off. I was told by the pickup driver that I wouldn’t have to pay for a shuttle on drop off; as long as I said no, in the paperwork, to if an 18 wheeler could drop off. The drop off driver calls me today, not only were they never told a shuttle was needed, they had the wrong balance amount for what I still owed! Now they’re telling me I’m on the hook for the shuttle cost, and all moving relocation magically doesn’t have this piece of paperwork anywhere, showing I said no to the 18 wheeler. I will never use this mover again.
