On the day of the delivery the items were scheduled as promised, and there were no delays in the work. Terrible communication on important matters

Read More The movers who loaded the truck were nice and professional and wrapped my furniture nicely, however between loading and unloading my items were switched onto a different truck at some point and the boxes and items inside were damaged, several items were broken and one box was not delivered at all to my new address. I had to pay with three or four separate payment methods which is ridiculous and their damage claim company is a scam who won't give me anything for what they broke and lost. Overall this company is not worth your time.

Read More Wow do not use this company. I had a simple apt. Move and they don’t explain how the process works then they don’t have any idea how to be professional at all. They take your money and show up with items missing and are rude about tipping and don’t care about their customers at all. I watched them load 15 items in the truck that never showed up and their excuse is you didn’t take pictures I highly do not recommend this con artist at all. Was supposed to have 3 mover’s only the driver showed up and didn’t explain your inventory list make sure this doesn’t happen to you . Just DONT use them they will con and rip you off.

Do NOT use this company! They are unprofessional and scammers! I was quoted a price from First National Van Lines, who then outsourced to this company without my knowle ... Read More Do NOT use this company! They are unprofessional and scammers! I was quoted a price from First National Van Lines, who then outsourced to this company without my knowledge. Upon arrival to picking up the furniture, they charged me an extra $900 over the original quote, for one bedroom. I couldn't even cancel them because I had already paid a non refundable $1400 deposit. They harrassed me for payment and do not make it easy. They don't accept any credit cards! According to the contract they were suppose to have my furniture delivered within 5-18 days. There was no communication about it for weeks. I called multiple times and 30 days later I got the furniture. They damaged a desk and destroyed a tv. I then filed a claim as suggested by them. I spent hours sending pictures and documentation to a 3rd party to settle this dispute and they insult me by awarding me $95. My overall cost was $3500 for one bedroom, RIDICULOUS!!! I can't believe this company is still even allowed to be in business. They are a bunch of crooks!
