They carefully loaded all of my goods, carried heavy furniture up and down the stairs, and were especially careful with my delicate items. They nevertheless had the strength to wish me well in my new home, despite my exhaustion from seeing them finish.

But Alliance Van Lines understood exactly what needed to be done. William, John, and Carl used anti-static bubble wrap for my tech gear, placed my keyboard and mouse in separate padded pouches, and secured my Wi-Fi router in an accessible box so I could set up internet quickly at my new place. When they arrived, they plugged in my surge protector and power strip so I wouldn’t have to crawl behind furniture to do it myself. The attention to detail was next level.

I called them in desperation, and they managed to fit me in on short notice. The team showed up with a well-organized game plan. I live on the fifth floor of a walk-up, and I expected complaints. Instead, these guys powered through with smiles on their faces, carrying my massive sectional couch like it was made of feathers. They wrapped my 65-inch TV in a custom foam-lined crate and gave me tips on setting it up at my new place. Super professional, efficient, and honestly just good people. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
