Read More Absolutely the worst moving experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, this company was dishonest, unprofessional, and careless. They lied to us about the price and services, and we ended up paying over $10,000—much more than the original quote. We were promised that all furniture would be reassembled upon delivery, but nothing was put together. The movers dropped everything off and left—no assembly, no help. To make matters worse, several of our items arrived damaged, with no accountability or support from the company. Customer service is virtually nonexistent—most of our calls and emails were ignored. When we did manage to speak to someone, they couldn’t even tell us where our belongings were for days. It took 12 days to get our stuff from Indiana to Colorado, even though we were told it would be much quicker. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. They caused us weeks of stress, unexpected costs, and damage to our belongings—and showed zero concern for any of it.
