What I thought was a professional moving company turned out to be a broker — a middleman who grossly underestimated the cubic footage, lied about delivery dates, and then handed off the job to completely different movers with no accountability. Communication was horrendous from start to finish. Every question I asked was met with vague or conflicting answers, and once they had my deposit, it felt like they vanished. The movers who actually showed up were unprofessional, careless, and completely disconnected from the broker I originally hired. They damaged several items, and to add insult to injury, the “highest-tier insurance” I paid extra for was completely worthless. The final cost was far more than the original quote, and I learned the hard way that the brokers take a massive cut — leaving the actual movers underpaid and unmotivated, which puts your entire delivery at risk. It’s a shady, broken system run by people who clearly lack integrity and honesty. I genuinely don’t understand how this company has any positive reviews. I suspect many of them are fake. If you value your time, money, and belongings, stay far away from this company and any broker-based moving service. Total scam.

I really appreciated how they stayed positive the entire time, even when it wasn’t easy.
