They were very careful with my valuables that not a single item broke while they were moving. Thank goodness they were flexible and understanding when I asked them to transport my belongings to my new apartment. Their assistance made the whole thing easy.

To stay within the estimate, I clearly communicated with the moving coordinator and driver that I wanted my large furniture prioritized. The driver agreed but then left my couch behind, later demanding an additional $700 to move it. This forced me to hire another moving company, costing me an extra $2,500. When I reached out for a resolution, the manager was dismissive and accused me of wanting a free service, completely ignoring my valid concerns. This company operates with misleading estimates and surprise fees, as seen in many other reviews. I regret trusting them and strongly advise others to steer clear.

But with American Choice Vanlines, everything went without a hitch. I relocated from a basement apartment with a ridiculously constrained corridor to a walk-up with no elevator. Although it was not a simple move, the movers completed the move faster than any other move I've ever had to do. I wholeheartedly advise them to anybody relocating.
