Read More This team is fantastic! I had to move out of my house quickly because of unexpected repairs, and they accommodated my last-minute request. My piano was the biggest concern, but they handled it like pros, using straps and pads. They also saw a loose screw on one of the legs and tightened it for me! They helped my toddler feel involved by giving her a small "helper" sticker. Such a sweet gesture!

Their lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. Super frustrating experience!

Read More This was our first experience with Amex Moving & Storage LLC, and it was wonderful! We moved from NJ to DE, which was our first move out of the city. They took excellent care of our belongings, disassembled our mounted TV, bed, and reassembled everything perfectly. They moved our sofas, desks, lamps, and more without any issues. They made sure not to scratch any walls and used protective blankets on our most important items. Though we packed most things ourselves, they kindly assisted with some items. The move was completed promptly and with great service. We will definitely use Amex Moving & Storage LLC again!

Read More I am changing my original review which was only on pickup not the entire process. I moved from NY to Florida. I researched different moving companies and compare it to moving myself. The POD didn’t have the size I needed. AMERISAFE gave me a great discount that equaled to the cost of renting a U-HAUL truck one way. But their service included loading and unloading the truck. The other companies were comparable without the discount. AMERISAFE is a broker an outsource to a moving company which you won’t be aware of to review. They outsource the people to unload and load the items. There were 2 issues that resulted because of this: delivery date and requirements of accessibility for the truck. Initially I was told when the items are picked up it will be delivered within 4 days however it took 2 weeks and I didn’t receive 24 hour notice. I requested to be informed when the items were on the way but didn’t get one. I put an AirTag in one of the boxes which is how I was able to track it. The other issue was I had to make sure that the place can accommodate an18 wheeler. I had to switch my storage unit to ensure that the truck has access or I would be charge $500 for shuttling my item. My stuff was loaded/unloaded 4 times before it came to me. When the items finally arrived, some boxes were damaged and some storage bins were broken. I haven’t had a chance to go through the items to see if anything was broken but that isn’t covered by them since I packed it myself. I can’t compare them to any others but what I know now I would of drove my items down myself.

They worked quickly but carefully, ensuring nothing was damaged. They also helped arrange my furniture in the new house. Their service was worth every penny.

They wrapped each item in thick blankets to prevent bumps, even using special corner guards on larger pieces. The team asked before placing each item in the new space, making sure I was happy with the layout. They made what could have been a challenging move feel simple and relaxed.
