They packed it all meticulously and carried the boxes and cartons down with the same amount of care. I was over the moon when I received my things in excellent shape. Only thinking about themselves.Update on morning of 9/6 - AMEX called William Brennan with a bunch of excuses. I stand by my review and will not take it down.I am writing this in support of William Brennan's review. I helped him unpack. This company is a disgrace. If you like to be overcharged, be lied to and have your belongings destroyed go with them. They will even write a fake review for you.
