Read More I wasn't going very far, but I still had to pack and move my possessions carefully. I was quite satisfied with the relocation company's service. I used high-quality packaging materials and had a smooth experience working with the crew. In retrospect, I'm satisfied with how things went down on moving day.

Only thinking about themselves.Update on morning of 9/6 - AMEX called William Brennan with a bunch of excuses. I stand by my review and will not take it down.I am writing this in support of William Brennan's review. I helped him unpack. This company is a disgrace. If you like to be overcharged, be lied to and have your belongings destroyed go with them. They will even write a fake review for you.

Read More I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.
