Read More BEWARE of the BROKERS! This is a scam and needs to be investigated! Do not use this company; they will pair you with illegitimate movers who steal your things and money! They pair you with VAN LINE MOVERS and M&R EXPEDITE MOVERS & STORAGE who are all scammers! They give you a low quote over the phone then when the movers arrive, they accuse you of lying about inventory. My quote was around $3,400 with Bright Star and then when M&R movers showed up, they quoted me over 7k! I was in a tiny 1000k Sq Ft home that wasn't even fully furnished. The movers Bright(Brite) Star matched me with, M&R Expedite Movers, delivered a month late, scratched my walls, broke my furniture, and cracked a lot of my pottery. They also delivered me part of someone else's order! I moved to Ohio and received 6 boxes from a couple in Indiana who have also had a terrible experience! Luckily, they left a dog tag in the box with their names and number so I was able to get ahold of them and arrange delivery MYSELF because VANLINES and M&R told them they were liars! I am also missing about 8 boxes of items (printer, photo albums, Christmas decor, kitchenware, etc.) I don't know what Bright Star was thinking when they partnered with these illegal movers! They must all be in on it. STAY AWAY!

No call No show when promised delivery on three different days. Could not get anyone on phone. When finally did would lie about status. When did finally deliver only one person and tried to drag items across flooring. Stay far away from this company.

Read More This company is horrible. Please do not hire them. We hired them for a long distance move and having moved across country before I was excited to work with them. However, they use companies that will gouge you for additional money threatening to not move your things. The quote is a joke and our final costs came to double the original quote. When our items were delivered they were all over the truck because were not strapped down. The company has no accountability and stopped answering or calling us back when we wanted all our documentation so we could file a claim. This company should be shut down! Please do not use them, you will be sorry in the long run.

Read More all other one star reviews barley cover the level of deceit, blatantly illegal activity and destructive behavior of this company and the disgusting people they hire to move your stuff. they refuse to deliver to a house will drop on curb and tell you to rent your own u hall if you want to move it in the driveway. they have no cdl licenses to drive trucks they operate. they took over a month to get items to delivery location. unless your booking a “fake“move to catch them in the act and actually bring criminal charges against these people for damage much of which appears intentional not just careless don’t bother. anything valuable will be stolen anyway. Hopefully the unlicensed driver crashes into a school bus and can go to prison like they deserve!
